Return Policy

You have full return privileges on anything you buy on-line from Titan Metal Werks. At any time within 30 days of receiving your order you may return it so long as it is in its original packaging – no questions asked. BEFORE you return the product, send an email to let us know what you are returning, the order confirmation number, and the credit card and credit card number to which it was charged. Once you have done that, package the product securely and send it back – you pay the shipping charge. When the product is received, we will let you know by email and credit your credit card account for the purchase price – less shipping and handling.

In the unlikely event that something you receive from Titan is defective, provide the information requested above by email and return the defective product. There is no time limit on returning defective products
